Anyone else getting stuttering every few seconds?
It's not unplayable just really annoying, And yes iv'e ran it at lower settings and tried lowering the npc count.

1. Try enabling vsync (through videocard settings, the game itself don't have setting for this)

2. Make sure force high poly mod is disabled (if you has HF patch installed).

Settings - plug-in / mod settings - force high poly - high poly mode - disabled.

3. Make sure you have enough free ram. Try closing ram demanding applications beforer running the game (web-browsers, etc).
