Why there are so many blue shadows?

This is a mod which places here and blue figures (called mob) so that the school looks more lively. Luckily you can turn that off or change somes settings.

Press F1, then in the upper right corner on plugins and search for "mob". You can adjust how many will spawn.

Or just delete the whole MobAdder folder in your plugins folder.
