When can you invite to club?

So in Story mode your first mission is to get some girls to join the club. I brought many girls up to the "yellow" level of liking me, however when I invite them to join the club, they always decline. What do I have to do next to invite them to the club?

You need (it's not obligatory though) to max out their friendship bar 2 times, after this she'll likely agrees to join the club or even asks you about it on their own.

Don't forget you can ask her to join club several times, even if she says no at first (she can change her mind if you are persistent enough).

Basically the more they like you the more is the chance they'll agree to join the club.

why on my first lunch time all the girls are blue ghost except the nurse o_O

Blue ghost added by mod KK_MobAdder. Go into options - mob setings (near the bottom) to disable it.

Don't forget you need to add girls before the first day in "Seating chart" mode for them to actually appear in game.
