Does this already have nudity and sex?

Hi, I downloaded the newest patch I think, version 3.0 and I never run the game on my Steam since purchase, I just installed it and then disabled auto updating and installed the patch, seems like I can play it without even counting hours on Steam. It's still at 0 hours played even though I played for more than 3 hours now. I don't know if it's the mods or anything but even at performance settings the game loads a bit slow and takes a while to load to other area which can get annoying.

I've noticed the game on tutorials has the genitals part in white, so is the vag, etc, but thanks to the patch I have - I assume? - I have complete and actual nudity, but I wanted to ask, do I need the patch at all? Does the game have its own nudity without the need of patch?

Someone on the comments in the store page claimed that you won't have the full unlocked game if you don't use the patch, but I also want to play the game normally on Steam, I am anxious though, because If I run it from Steam it will update and I don't want to mess with anything, can someone please explain to me? Thanks in advance.

With "Patch" you mean the HF Patch, right?

The more girls you added to school, the more RAM you need and the longer are the loading times. So delete some girls from schools and try again, maybe the game will load faster. Oh and using a SSD is a good idea, too.

Genitals are censored in the main game. It's uncensored thanks to a mod which is in the HF Patch, yep.

You don't need the HF Patch. If you just want the game uncensored, install the official Special Patch and the UncensorSelector mod(and the other things which are mentioned) https://github.com/DeathWeasel1337/KK_Plugins

HF Patch is easier though. And you don't need to install everything the HF Patch delivers. In the installer: Don't tick every box, but only the mods you want. ;)

You can start the game on Steam, no problem. It only updates your game if the devs release a new version of the game. (which will likely never happen ... who knows)

Default game has genital censorsip included on both Steam and japanese (original) version because of japanese laws. It's modders who add proper genitals to the game.

So you start the game from Steam library or Steam shortcut and it don't count the playtime?

Steam should start counting time from the moment you've run the launcher (the window with "Start Koikatsu", "Characters cards" buttons, etc).

Don't worry about updates, there will me none with 98% probability.
