Lewding teachers?
I can't seem to figure out how to lewd the teachers, or at the very least have some sort of route other than them just talking about my club. Do I need to confess to the 4 main girls first? Or is the only way to lewd the teachers with the "free sex" mode?

Just talk with the teachers. After awhile, once you've built up a little lust with them, you'll get the opportunity to be 'evaluated'.

Alternately, you can just throw them in the school to walk around and you can lewd them up that way
