Is there hentai in the base game?
No mods, Patches etc?

Nah. Steam version is censored. But you can install the official Special Patch to get the Story Mode back: http://koikatsuparty.illusion.jp/

Well censored can mean a lot of things. As in no hentai? or censored hentai?

Both.

With the Special Patch you get the Story mode back. But since it's a japanese game, all stays censored.

To uncensor things you need mods.

But i mean a patch isnt really what i mean by base game i mean. If i buy the game install it off steam. Will there be hentai? Probably not from what ive seen but i mean thats all i wanna know thanks. :snowslimehappy:

Wrong.

Basic game contains "Have sex" mode, which is basically interactive hentai mode with censored genitals.

Surprisingly, there are actually family friendly version of this. I think it's called 'V-Katsu". Take a look.
