Do you think it would ever be possible for people to make modded clothes, accessories, marks, etc for this game? That's something I have yet to see around.

There are tons of them available already. HF patch comes with 577 sideloader mods (clothes, accessories, marks, etc). Plus you can always download additional mods or modpacks on your own on the net.

The modpack included in HF patch.

Do not download the FlashBangZ repack, it's full of viruses and a lot of illegal stuff. The guy behind it also inserted ransomwares in it from the traces diggers have found. I'd suggest you the ScrewThisNoise repack instead, it's clean, doesn't modify the files in any harmful ways and has most of the recent mods installed in it.

I suggest you not use repacks at all, frankly. You'll be better off just installing things yourself, or, as much as I hate shilling for people with patreon accounts, using the HF patch and getting rid of the bloat it includes by unchecking all the junk you don't want or need.

I see this is already answered, but just to nail point home.
Yes.
You can mod literally anything into this game.
Repacks may or may not contain malware and what not, but if you search for individual items or things you want, everything is out there.

ScrewThisNoise is free from any malwares. It has mods, the DLCs, etc. But honestly if you have bought the game on Steam, I don't see where is the problem with downloading it, it only fixes most of the issues the Steam version has like... NO STUDIO?
