Serious FPS issue

When i play the game, my frames constantly drop. When i load into a new area, i get 1-2 frames for a while then the games starts to run smoothly with frame drops here and there. Anyone know how to fix this? It really ruins the game. I have the HF patch.

That's because of the mods actually try to render. It's happen to me all the time. Just wait for a few second for fps to be stable. Also, it's heavily cpu rendering. So, consindering close unwanted background program.

Installing the game on ssd should help.

Check if you have the "high poly mode" setting turned on, it can worsen this issue because of the higher quality models that get loaded.

I have a samsung 960 evo. Its pretty fast unless my ssd isnt working as it should, maybe??

In that case it's most likely the CPU getting swamped. The game uses only a single core for nearly everything.

Well, then it's the problem with cpu and game's optimization. I experience the same to be honest.
