I only found a lot of arts at his pixiv account but nothing about koikatsu cards.

try clicking the picture, some of it has extra page show by number in top of it.

Also on some websites, a majority of cards are using missing DLC content so the outfit might be a bit scrambled.

Ever heard of Projekt IMP World? Creating anime, game, and original card for both HS2 and KK. Check em out, if you like anime or game character like genshin impact or honkai. Artwork can be found in pixiv too
