Failed to acquire data / Failed to connect to server

So for the past few days, any time i try to download characters from online, i get one of those two messages. Is anyone else having this problem?

No. Just checked it - both official and unofficial servers work fine.

Maybe your internet provider blocking them or something.

Well shoot. Is there any way to get it unblocked?

How would i go about setting up a proxy that would solve the issue? Sorry, I'm not really great with computers.

Wlell, check it one more time, maybe it works now. Or try to disabling youf firewall / antivirus software, maybe it blocks access to the net for the game.

Is fte problem still persists, try googling vpn or proxy services. Some of them offer first month or so for free and only thing you need to do is to run their application.

Okay, strangely enough, i was able to solve the problem by resetting my computer!

I keep getting this when I try to upload my characters as well. That has been happening for days now, even though it worked before...

Just download character cards from web sites on your own.
