Is there a way to do the teachers as well? When there's around in the world and you hit F4 you can see they have a 'Carnal' value. so I was curious.

Just keep talking to them each period you see them till you exhaust their dialog for that period. Rinse and repeat every time you see them and eventually they will ask for sex.

Yes, I read it is possible, however in my game that never happened. I am not sure if I didn't play long enough or some requirements were not met. You have to speak to her repeatedly, several times.If you are lucky a event will trigger. But you need at least x girls in your club.

Yes there is.
You need to have like 6 or 8 girls registered in your Koikatsu club, NOT counting story characters, and talk to teacher you want every time they are available.
You can't exactly romance them but you can have H-scenes with them.

Then there is also teacher-route mod, but I didn't install it to know how it works.
