So i followed the instructions for modding but i'm having a few issues making them work properly, hope someone can help.

I downloaded and placed BepInEx64 (o'm using windows 7x64) in the game folder.

I downloaded and placed the plugins into the BepInEx folder, as well as KKAPI

The main game folder also has winhttp.dll and doorstop_config

When i access the game, in the Settings tab, i see the mods/plugin tab. When i click it at the very bottom i have a list of "plugins with no options avalibale" (BGM Loader, Configuration Manager, Asset Emulator, Demosaic, etc).

"Plugins with no options available" means that the plugin has no configuration settings. These plugins are always on. Demosaic, for example, always removes the mosaic so long as the plugin is installed.

I thought that was the case, but i still se the mosaic, hence the doubt why is it not working.

I unpacked everything in the Koikatsu's main folder

Steamapps/common/Koikatsu Party

You need to put all three files:
-Koikatsu HF Patch v2.7.1.exe
-Koikatsu HF Patch v2.7-1.bin
-Koikatsu HF Patch v2.7-2.bin

Once it's done, double click the Koikatsu HF patch v.2.7.1 exe, let it do its thing and you're done.

The patch listed in this thread is basically very good fanmade modding content.

The patch you linked adds the "campaign" mode, where you get to go to school and interact with girls, etc. Plus a few minor options.

You need both of those to get the complete experience
note that you need to download and apply the Special patch found on http://koikatsuparty.illusion.jp/ before applying the HF patch

yes it has KK uncensor mod included in it
you can
select multiple female genital types and male genital types when character editing , the default female genital is alright but the default male one is bad just edit the male character and select a different genital model i personally select SOS one
