I'm going to correct you and just say that since this release is aimed for the West it makes no sense for a westerner to ask questions in Japanese, it's silly because the game doesn't even have Japanese text according to Steam, although the game is available in Japanese region too, they even warn Japanese about lack of Japanese text or about possible bugs happening if the game was installed on Japanese system, though I doubt Steam version wouldn't work well with Japanese systems.

I mean, it would make sense if developers browsed Steam forums and didn't know English language (which would be doubtful), but otherwise it's just weird.

That's exactly what I'm trying to say. OP though was directing that question to public forum users and not the game publishers. He could easily said "Where can I buy Japanese version of the game in USA"...

Your question is stupid to begin with since Japanese games (eroge) are not sold in States period due to legal issues. Unless done through 3rd party importers, or through digital distributors like DMM or Getchu there's no chance in finding anything in the States.

But have fun learning your Japanese from Eroge games. LOL.

This is not a specifically English language platform.
