Where to download newest mod packs?

I've been wanting to download the mods that add assets for Pokemon, Fire Emblem, etc and I can't find a recent mod pack. Where can I find em? I already have the story + uncensor pack.

HF patch contains modpack with 497 zipmods for the main game alone.

I've downloaded that modpack, but most of the characters I download appear in the game as incomplete so I must be missing a lot.

Hmmm, I had this bug too. The game was refusing to see mods though they were installed.

Try installing updated special patch from there (it was updated after adding chinese language):
http://koikatsuparty.illusion.jp/

And install HF patch again after this (it contains the old version of special patch).

Choose "Delete old mods before installation" + deleting all sideloader mods, bepinex folder and listfiles with reseting plugin settings (basically select all options for deleting and reseting stuff) on the " Additional tasks" screen.
