How do you put another 3D model to be a character in the game?

I have seen plenty of videos where the character came from Azur lane, Kancolle, miku and other things. How do they have such a character? I doubt they made them. Is there any way to put a 3D model character into the game and "interract" with them?

It's called "character cards". You can find them in Game\UserData\chara\female. There's plenty of sites where you can find them, like https://illusioncards.booru.org for example. Some require side mods to work (because they using specific clothes, hats, accessories etc)
