i cant start any map/any course not with enter and not with A on the controller. i can resume the tutorial standard curse but not others :/

Hey! I have liked your game a lot, the only problem is I don't know how to move the camera while using the keyboard, is that a feature? if so, how do I do it? thanks for the help :) I'll leave a good review later I'm just trying to get a better feel for the game!...
