Darkwater prison cellar & jail cell

I'm pretty sure I've scoured the whole of darkwater prison and I could not find the cellar key or a way to open the other jail cell with a safe in it.
Can someone toss me a hint for these things?

From memory one of the keys is hidden extremely well on one of the desks, like behind some clutter, though its been a while

Man i got to go back not sure if I found that key or not. Yeah the game can hide some of the non essential to quest stuff very well haha.

I can confirm that the cellar key is in dorm. and the glass case key is in morgue. hope that helps future players.
