Bastion start up problems

hey I bought Bastion during the steam sale and have been wanting to play this masterpiece forever! However it keeps crashing at startup, I uninstalled and reinstalled xnf as suggested my crash log states as follows:

have you tried to run steam as administrator, i had a similar problem in another game. That seemed to have fixed it.

-Check that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card from the official web site.

- Go to your steam directory, usually C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Bastion and run "dotNetFx35setup.exe", "dxwebsetup.exe" and "xnafx31_redist.msi". It will install everything you need to play bastion in case you dont have it. Also try to run Bastion.exe from this directory

fix i used to get this game working and some other game that had the same startup crash bug on windows 7 - go to task manager click on services tab click services... botton find Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN v2.0.50727_X64 and Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN v2.0.50727_X86 set to manual save restart computer seting reverted back to disabled on restart but my games started working
