How do I beat 'Who Knows Where'?
I've managed to get as far as the 18th wave, but I've tried to beat it six times now, to no avail. I'm using the War Machete, the Fang Repeater and I have the Graver Slash as my skill.

The first one. I just saved a man named Zulf, and he's put his smoking pipe in the Bastion which I use to get to the area.

I used the pike + mortar. If you're having trouble with them, you can always wait until you've upgraded your weapons, and then come back to them.

I have upgraded the machete with a damage-over-time and a critical hit bonus, and my repeater has two reload time upgrades. I'm also using WereWhiskey.

I used pike and cannon fully upgraded to beat them all with 10 idols. Mortar is also popular. You can probably do it with machete and fang though, the drinks are also important. Lifewine, werewhisky, and leechade are all very good (especially together).

I did this one with Machete and scrap musket.

The musket is really good for taking out groups of squirts and gastfellas. And turrets if you get too close. Or anything else really.

The Machete does a number on anything else, you can easily thorw it to take down any turrets you can't kill by countering, and if you dare get close to any of the larger foes (except the spinny gasfellas, for obvious reasons) you can really cut into them quickly.

One tip that benefitted me when I started heeding it: Use your Secret Skills, you get provided lots of black tonics, so it's a waste to not unleash their might if you need to.

one tricked i like was using my fang repeater with homing arrows and the spread fire skill(i forgot what its called) which would send a rain of arrows to find their targets. this often took care of whatever i had to deal with.
melee weapon i use cael's hammer for my first runs. the leap charged attack could devastate many foes and the criticals worked their magic in other cases.

theres no cookie cutter though. it all depends on you and how you use what you have.

I found that the squirt lure skill was helpful in distracting the big enemies, if you place them right, they prioritize the squirts over you.

Scrap musket, lots of tonic and spacebar. Remember you also have the shield. Clear the debris and keep plenty of distance. Do not use the corner jump plates(whatever they're called). Do not get cornered.
