Bastion won't start

Hi,

I recently buy this game.

However, when i click on "play" the game won't start. I have the loading cursor for 3 second and then nothing happens.

I try to reinstall the game, launch dxwebsetup and xnafx31_redist into Bastion folder but nothing works.

xnafx31_redist won't start at all.

Anyone have a solution ? It's maybe the first time that i have a problem with a steam game.

My pc is running on Win10 64 bit / 3,4 gigaH / 970 gtx

I had the same problem on my Win10 64 bit / AMD 4.0 GHz / 760 GTX and I could fix it installing Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 3.1. I give you the link here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15163

Many players suggest the "Legacy" option to launch the game to bypass the crashes, and although it works, it clearly looks less visually impressive.

Bumping this thread for others and to thank user Non141, as this was the solution to my crashes
