Anybody knows how to reset skills for crews and land units?

Its primarily crew skills i want to know how to reset but do tell if you know for land units aswell!

Don't think you can but you can choose a different one at the next opportunity.

Land units - make sure your manpower is zero, then disband the unit you wan to change. Create a new unit and it should be the same stats as before and you can re-pick the perks.

For ships, you need a new ship. Make sure manpower is zero, transfer crew over to new ship, you can re-pick the perks.
