Sounds like what you need to do is adjust how you are playing the game. For the most part this is a stealth game like Assassins Creed. If you are trying to play this as a run and gun there is your problem. Outside of learning the game and getting better at it there is nothing to be done for you. Like any other game getting Good is key. Also pay attention where you send your troops. I have never lost any party I have sent on collection runs.
This is a thinking game and if that is not for you then perhaps ask for help or play without all the survival stuff. Turn down difficulty as well. There are options but coming to the forums the cry that you are not very good is a poor choice.
Get a PC not mom's old laptop and it runs much better. REQUIREMENTS are posted on store page, have a look and acquire those REQUIREMENTS.
