[spoiler] 99.9% map completion

Stuck at 99.9% map completion I have all achievements and I tried to scan the map for another 3 hours... what could be missing?
I beat the last boss and it said I have all collectibles
Do nightmares and adrenaline pickups count?
I just find it difficult to give up when I am so close to 100%

here's the screenshot, I am really not sure what's missing I am considering starting again.
I recall seeing a block of ice in the first/2nd area which was not the battle gauntlet.
Really enjoyed the game btw!

I think there’s 3 bugs you have to collect? I finished the game with 99.9 also and it said I was missing 3 bugs? No clue what those are

This is the "nothing" achievement I already did that, they are hidden in 1. school area where the children chase you horizontally, you need granpa to dodge them 2. in the part where you slide the cards in the regression area there's a part with spikes where you can climb also need granpa it's after the ice blocks(not the area past them, but after that part) 3. in the sewers where you drop the doll to get the key you can use the pendulum clown to go through the spikes sadly it's not that :/ I gone through all the map and I have no clue what I am missing even beat the last boss again to MAKE SURE I looked at the end screen correctly (some people said it was a tedious fight, I liked it).

Not sure if you tried this, but it popped for me just by opening the map in the boss fight. No need to actually finish the fight.

Such a great game with many cool ideas. It's a metroidvania but a fresh one. But the 100% map completion is a bit frustating.
I have all the other achievements but for the life of me, i can't figure out what tiny part i'm missing with the map. I'm stuck at 99.9% too.
Can you help me please ?
(make me sad to not be able to 100% a game i appreciate)

I'm at 99.9% when i arrive at the real final boss and enter the room doesn't change anything.

Comparing maps, my map is identical to LaClaquerFou's, but DoubleSummon's map above has the room for Energy Vampire. That's straight to the right of the first save point and that clown that sells map hints. Problem solved!

Oh you meant his map problem I tried to boot the game to find what you were talking about but it's not that.. I will try to put both maps one on top of another might find something
