Who owns predator license?

because cod will have a new dlc and you can play as a predator so i wonder who owns it? i don't hope treyarch or activision because well A:CM

I think Fox owns the alien and predator rights, both in games and movies. Or it may be sega for the game predator rights.

Sega owns the Alien (game) rights too, if "Colonial Marines" is anything to go by.

Fox owns both when it comes to the original (movie) IPs.
