I'm not a modder in the slightest and I understand this game isn't exactly that flexible when it comes to modding, but I'm sure there are mods that replicate the vision modes of the Predator from the original film (along with all the sound effects). Like in Concrete Jungle, if you chose the skin for Jungle Hunter or City Hunter, you'd have the vision mode and sound effects replicate those from the original films. And sound effects etc. from the first AvP movie if one used the skin for Alien Hunter. In the game, a Predator is usually always using a vision mode, especially in multiplayer. We all know that the game has serious balancing issues. It would be great if there are texture mods or vision mods that somehow address the balancing issues by making the Predator have authentic yet slightly disorienting vision modes including the normal-vision mode. By that, I mean the Predator isn't really supposed to percieve the world as a human does; It sees its world in a different spectrum altogether, that is, when not using a specialised vision mode. I think that would add a new learning curve to the Predator and might even discourage people from stacking up the Predator teams in multiplayer simply because it would be difficult for them to look around unless they were using one of the specialised vision modes.
But sadly I haven't found anything like that yet, which is why I was wondering if it's even possible. What do you think?
