Is there co-op for the campaign?
I'm curious about whether or not there is a way to play the campaign with co-op at all?

Yeah, well not for the campaign apparently; This is if you want to play multiplayer gamemodes using the campaign maps. Plotwise, it's not designed to house more than one main character and would probably bug out awfully, if people tried to modify it more than just swapping map files to different folders.

It is not an exchange is to copy and paste bone you create a double of the map and that you send it to the multiplayer map also with that map includes the bots and the kinematics if you do not believe me try it
