Crash on Start up, fix?

Well i have Windows 10 and a RTX 2060. Tested all found option to start it with any form of DX and cant find a workling solve for that Problem.

Whathappens? I start the game, steams ays iam playing and then without error or anything else the process stops and is termiantet. A crashreport apears (I cant work with these there is no information that i understand tbh.).

Same problem here. DirectX9 mode does work for some time, but after 10 mins or so it hangs

Anythign already tried, this standard fixes wont do anything at all, Drivers up to date, System restart, steam restart, Admin, Comtatibility, anythign tried.

I Start the game, Steams says i play it, steam stops and lists me back as online, while a new crash report appears in the game folger.

Kinda Annoys me because i cant even tell about a error or what ever it may be liek just nothing happens.

Have you tried disabling your antivirus? Sometimes antiviruses stop AvP from installing important files.

Yes there isnt any Anti VIrus interfering with AvP

The game won't start for me, either. I've tried verifying the cache, tried both .exe files, updated my graphics drivers. Nothing works.

The last two options I can think of right now:

1) open the task manager and kill all Nvidia programs. GeForce Experience may be applying settings that are crashing the game

2) uninstall and reinstall AvP. Verify cache before launching the game after the download. Be sure all antivirus programs are off before launching the game for the first time so any first time install files are not hindered.

If you're still can't launch the game then the answer hopefully lies in the crash logs

Uninstalling the game and surrender, as i did. in the crash logs isnt any usable information at all.

If you installed windows 10 from another os re install Steam using your new os Windows 10.

I have the exact same issue, and i also happen to have an RTX series card. I cant run it with DX11 after updating my graphics drivers to 451.48. It launches the game, i see a black screen, and then it crashes. When i run the DX9 version, it runs extremely poorly because its priority level is at low on the task manager and i cant seem to be able to change it, however i have a very good CPU, so i still have somewhat decent framerates (~70 fps), but the game freezes after a few seconds of playing. I also updated my Windows to 1909 recently, so i dont know if that has something to do with it.
