so i cant move my mouse in game at all. any fixes? menus and such works however.

so ant look around regardless what mission im in or gamemode im in, cant even shoot. seems like it doesnt detect my mouse in game.

Do you have an analog controller plugged in? Unplug it.

I would suggest verifying cache integrity. It likely won't fix your current issue but this game notoriously doesn't install properly

Don't have controllers, already did the verify. I have over 100s of games a few with problems i was able to fix, this is the only game I know that doesn't have a fix. Searched it up, nothing. Checked its' game files for config file, nothing. Unsure what to do here. Can't refund its been over 2 weeks since I bought this over at the summer sale. Sigh...kind of disappointed.

You'll likely need to reinstall then. There have been a handful of people with the same issue buy afaik there hasn't been one continuous solution

I've tried reinstalling, nothing worked. I had the same issue in RAGE too. I don't know whats causing it, but it's really aggravating.
