Is there LAN support here? Or which options to play with only friends does exist?

LAN is dead for this game if your looking for a match you have to select Dedicated server in the mp main menu.In regards to your question about friends invite you have to Host a game in the multiplayer main menu,option select Player Match then create a game,you can then invite your friends to your hosted.

To invite a friend to your Hosted ,hold down both tab and shift key to bring up three Steam option windows there you will see your friends in the first window option

.Mouse over their avatar name and you will see a small arrow pointing down to the right of the avatar name left click the arrow and click on ( INVITE TO GAME ) option in the drop down window.
