Where are the XP boost tokens stored?

I've gotten a few XP boosts and it says to access them through the "Augments" menu, where is this exactly? I feel as though I've looked in every possible menu and haven't seen this section.

When you push tab to access your character's info panel, there is 4 yellow-brown buttons at the very bottom, the 3rd one with the arrow is what you're searching for !

Seems like 'F11' key should work, too
