Unable to progress MSQ Accursed Apophis/Secrets of Heartgem

MSQ and quest requires Azoth staff tier 5 but I only have tier 3 staff. Never got tier 5 because my tier 4 vanish....I have over 100+ hours in the game. It seems New World has had this problem in that past. I really dont want to start over only to possibly end up in the same situation again. I am a returning player, and i continue to play because i am enjoying the game but there are too many progression blockers because i dont have tier 5 azoth staff. I dont know why my tier 4 vanish thus i was unable to obtain tier 5....this just sucks.

Linking game content to mechanics like this is a very bad idea when you are incompetent. They still haven't figured that out after all this time which also makes them idiots.
