LOL - the AGS support is horrible. Don't even get me started on the lack of real threads. Have you all signed up on the discord? clear as mud. You can't link videos in the discord to demonstrate what is happening in the game or not. You are required to send an email off to amazon support. You get no feedback, no acknowledgement of receipt. A black hole for all intensive purposes. Worst support I have ever seen, with exception of some ARPG's. lol
