Heilende Brise / Healing Breeze proc

Hi,

kann mir jemand erklären wie der proc / perk "Heilende Brise: Bei Heilung: Heilt das Ziel für 6 sek. pro Sekunde um 20% des Waffenschadens (10 Seks. Abklingzeit)" funktioniert?

Ich bin Heiler und spiele mit dem Lebensstab. Habe einen Ring mit diesem proc gelootet. Jedoch proct das Ding nicht. Egal wieviel ich heile.

Hat hier jemand Erfahrungen dazu?

Can someone explain to me how the proc/perk "Healing Breeze: When healed: Heals the target for 20% of weapon damage per second for 6 seconds (10 second cooldown)" works?

I am a healer and play with the lifestaff. Looted a ring with this proc. However, the thing doesn't work. No matter how much I heal.

Does anyone here have experience with this?
