Artifact stuck on wrong character

So the Tumbler Feetwraps from the season journey i accidentally claimed on my 2ndary character and now there's no way to get them over to the main character.

Why is there no account storage for Artifacts, things you can only obtain once, especially these seasonal artifacts stuck behind a pass?

Contacted the Customer Support but "It's not possible" is the standard reply i got.

FYI the mount from the season pass is the same deal. you would assume the mount would be account wide. it isn't

Yeah no ♥♥♥♥. Just saying it's a ♥♥♥♥ system and they should make these things claimable on all your characters . (Artifacts that is)

I would expect the artifacts to be obtained on only one character. you will have other ways to obtain them. unlike some of the unique seasonal items. definitely make sure you obtain those on the right character.

Every season pass item is locked to the character you claimed it on. They have confirmed there will be alternate ways to get the season pass artifacts after the season is over.
