Season Pass mount
I unlocked the season pass mount scurge. I couldn't use it on my character I made on another server to play with a friend. He couldn't play on the server I normally play on so I figured I would just start over. I couldn't use Scurge on my new character.

I figured that had to be an oversight. I've never had a battlepass mount only available for one character. after contacting support they confirmed that it is indeed only usable on one character.

That is very strange. they definitely don't make that clear. I assumed that wouldn't be the case as well because that's stupid. Hopefully they change that but be aware of that. scurge is not an account wide unlock but a character unlock.

You are criticizing my behavior? that's hilarious. I don't agree with everything Amazon does and I have never said there wasn't room for improvement. People have different opinions then you. you're going to have to learn to deal with that. Why post if you contribute nothing to a discussion?

Nope, I mean you joined us by accident, if you knew the consequences of speaking out in this forum, if we had experienced something before, you would have felt it too, they would have arrived very quickly

When you hit 25 you can summon any store mounts and the horse mount you get from the quest. Not scurge. support said this is intentional. you will only ever have the season pass mount on the character that claimed it as explained by support.

I already hit 25 on my new character. it is still locked.

you can summon store lions at 25. season pass mounts are locked on alts. I get that doesn't make sense. support confirmed it, though. Scurge is only usable on a single character.

Even when you can't use a mount they should still be unlocked in your collection. it will just tell you that you need to finish a quest to summon. scurge is locked on any alt

Scurge is behind premium content paywall and should be available to all characters. Just found out like you that I cant use this on my other characters. Pretty lame imo as all the other cosmetic items in premium are account wide.

you need to reach lvl 25 and complete the quest again EVERY character. its not automatic. like you assumed. you will also have to upgrade the mount and gear again repeating all those quests as well.

Its not the system. its you. lvl 25 is the quest. reach it.

Reading just isn't a strong suit for some people I guess. Even if after you've unlocked mounts off all types on an alt character you still won't be able to use scurge. It is only available on one single character.. just 1. one. uno. clear enough? op said it was confirmed by support like 5 times. Hopefully this was clear enough.
