Artifact use limited to 5

Artifact Quest limit is 5.
Perks only work with active quest, delete quest =perks removed. HF regrinding unlocks
=> you get gated to 5 artifacts.

Basically makes collecting and trying different builds impossible. Anyone casual has to limit themself to 5 because you can't afford to upgrade at kiln to finish the quests nor do you have time to regrind the quests. tldr: plan ahead which 5 you want to use.
