Is PC/Steam the only platform NW is on?

Is this the only platform currently offering New World?
I've heard maybe they're prepping to release on console since they put effort into "controller support".

If this is the only platform New World is on, how come they don't use this discussion board more? There's a lot of feedback here, but are they only listening to the forum posts?

I used to submit in-game feedback, and over years there was never an improvement to the things I gave feedback on.

I've never noticed any NW staff or reps reply to anything here, but it seems like this is where it'd be easiest to get direct feedback since the game is launched from the same app.

Steam is the very last place any serious person would outsource his own thoughts and feelings ask for feedback on anything.

One could hope so. I would jump ship in a hot min. If they released it to Xbox it might make them some money. Maybe one hopes eternally. I would rather give my money to Microsoft than steam.

Yes, this game is Steam only for now. This why everyone know exactly what the player count, while other MMOs no one can be 100% sure.

There used to be dev interaction on this board. A dev/moderator called "Windsward" used to interact. However, he spread some misinformation and picked a fight with another discussion member (WR you'll never be forgotten here). People turned on the dev pretty quickly. Steam as been abandoned since.

I'm unsure if they're actively seeking feedback. They did delete their own forums after all. There are many theories, such as, were they deleted to deter negativity?

This would be a great time for Retsam1 to chime in.

sadly yes, Steam is my least favorite store and i don't like to buy games from here.
