Housing points seem very pay to win top house. I got 7k hours and tons of high lvl furniture (looks like Sanford and sons) I have 721 points, then you go to display house which has 3 pieces of furniture and like 27k points. crazy my rep is almost max in town. seems very odd for them to give preference to people who pay over someone who has played many hours and spent a lot of time getting unique and seasonal furniture

The biggest factor in being first house is the amount of faction you earned during the period being judged. I was in Everfall and did corruption portals all night to beat the person in top house by 24 points. The people who have huge numbers do alot of crafting in that town.

Whales your never going to beat them.
