PC Keybinding mess ...

Played this game a bit over a year or 2 ago, came back today ... various keybinds are broken.

I use the following keys to bind: Insert, Home, Page Up, Page Down, Delete and End.

I also use the arrow keys to move and Np 0 to jump/Traverse.

When I press the Up, Down, Page Up keys, the input is being registered as "Print" on the "Keyboard & Mouse Bindings" screen of the game, instead of "Up", "Down", "Page Up".

I decided to click the "Restore Defaults" button on the "Keyboard & Mouse Bindings" page and close the client and restart in order to rebind. The "Np 0" key, which I have always used to "Jump/Traverse" in this game now gives me this error when I try to bind it to "Jump/Traverse" : "Np 0 is bound to @ui_reserved_binding_equipLoadout10, which cannot be unbound" ... but it always used to be able to be bound to "Jump/Traverse". I check the binding list for "Equip Gear Set 10" and there is no such entry, the highest it goes to is "Equip Gear Set 9" ...???

So it looks to me like the entire keybinding story has been mutilated on the back end and I cannot play an MMO without my standard keybinding setup that I use for every MMO I have played for over 20 years ... WoW, ESO, GW2, FFXIV, etc ... This is the only game I have EVER played that has this problem. It seems that every time I go away and come back due to a bug, there ends up being even more broken upon my return and like the last time and the time before that I have ZERO confidence that this will be touched or even addressed and I thank my stars I never paid for anything beyond the original release.

Yes, I agree, it's incredibly annoying and shows how much they care about KB/M players. I play small indie games with a handful of devs who give me more customization options.

This is exact problem I got also. Its as OP made topic in my place :D
I gave up NW first time when I tried around 1 year ago, I contacted GM about keybinds and he/she said its fixed for me. Never happened, it wasnt fixed, they just lied or smth. I came back today to test it out and I have same problems as OP .

As of today, and after reading a myriad of bug posts and long standing issues left unfixed, I have decided to finish up permanently. I have removed this product from my account so it never comes up on my screen again. Anything that AGS ever do in future will be tarnished by their lack of ethics and everything else that they have projected since this games release.

They may as well just close their game studio at this point.

Same story for me as of a few days ago. I use 0 for dodge on my left side keypad. It worked amazing for years and it was the only thing that I was good at for pvp, being able to dodge.

Now everything feels so broken. With the constant issues with suspicious software kicking me out, not being able to que for 6 weeks due a stupid clock issue with the PC. I'm about to throw in the towel.

The worst part is they have this saved for a future gear-set 10 so it cant be overridden. I thought I already had gear-set 9 so I spent 5000 to unlock 10, To my shock I then realised it was for a future damn set that hadn't been implemented yet. I wasted money for a gear-set I didn't need or want. I should be refunded as well for that skin they gave for free.

Just a colossal mess. This game is fun but lets all be realistic, if anything remotely better was released, I'm pretty sure the majority would set sail.
