I mean yes, but the game has to be profitable on its own.
Yes, there is a bit of New World in his political propaganda.
Nothing related? The episode is nothing but New World. The entire episode is Aelstrom's backstory that is only briefly touched on in the game; Aelstrom being the very first NPC players interact with on the beach. The game mentions him being kicked out of Prydwen without giving any details, whereas the episode shows why (because he's an idiot who kept trying to overthrow the king). The woman on the beach is Urda, the second person we meet on the beach. The town he keeps going to to fight the king, as already mentioned, is Prydwen, the capitol of Monarch's Bluff. The episode also touches on the corruption, when he's getting the armour and trying to gain power, but without explaining it to people not familiar with the game. I'm not sure if King Zimah or Scaevola are mentioned anywhere in the game, I don't think they are, but I've also never done the Monarch's Bluff chain because I only recently had any characters start there.

Well, yeah, but other than all that, nothing about New World.
Well, that went completely over my head... It's been so long since I started playing I completely forgot who Aelstrom even was. The lore in this game is terrible to keep up with
Still... not a lot of new world related stuff then other than one NPC you meet at the start of the game. They could have used the episode to advertise everything good about new world but instead chose another approach.
I have only made it through 5 episodes so far but the Warhammer and Sifu episodes were far and away the best.
Other than being completely about new world and being based in the world and around the characters in it...yeah nothing about New World
