Decorating Your House Impossible?

Doing anything in the house decoration menu causes a 60-second freeze.

Hopefully someone is working on this rather obvious bug.

I have a 5k house in WW and if I open the decoration menu anywhere out on the verandah and sometimes just inside the back door I freeze up. It comes up with either 26 or 80 items placed which is wrong.
I have been standing inside the back door and placing furniture through the door.
It's pretty bad.

I have 2 other houses and those are fine,

Where is your house? Tier? My buggy one is in WW, upstairs among the workbench area and T1.

the t1 ww house with the staircase entry and balcony is buggy as hell. getting random long ass freezes on the balcony too

There are a few houses that are identical, so if you own one in a town and the other in another town the game gets confused when you try to decorate.
It's annoying but you can place an item at every 1-2 minutes :(. Was too lazy to post this as a bug but it is a real issue.

I couldn't argue this point.

In my case I do not own two similar properties so it's not my issue.

I do wonder if there are several other players houses that do actually have the 26 and 80 items placed (that seems to be bugging out for me) and it's freaking out trying to load/access something about those players houses.

My other properties do not have 26 or 80 items placed either.

It could be because you have too many furniture items available in the storage. Try removing them to another city and just have a few in the storage of your house.

i own 3 huts, 2 of them are identical, the third one is in Windsward next to the town project post. The one in Windsward is fine. The others are performing exactly as the OP describes but only since I got the third house.

It's probably because of the new dupe method, it involves house furniture and lag.

This was my third house too but it is the one that is bugged and the other two are and have always been fine.

I get it in all three houses: EF, MB, and WF. I have tried getting on in the wee hours of the morning but it still happens so it isnt a lag thing.

The duping conflict makes sense because I once got kicked out of game (not banned) randomly with a message about malicious programs being detected.
