If you are one of the small group of customers who ordered New World when it was free on Amazon, this functionality might not work for you, but I encourage you to reach out to Amazon Games Support and they should be able to verify you and get you sorted quickly.

I preordered it on amazon 2 days ago and it said that it was free until the game go out on august 31

Have you got a "New World Closed Beta" in your Library (not simply "New World")? Restart Steam if you cannot find it at first.

I finally got my key. No email, it was in my Amazon message centre but I had to sign out and back in to Amazon before it showed up. says they sent it @ 03:22

Beta hasn't started yet, that is why you cannot login. About 4 hours to go. (starts at 9:30 AM PT; 18:30 CET)

I used my access key I received, I had ordered it via amazon. I used the key on Steam, I do NOT get the New World Beta in my steam library to download, there is no download.
