Might be because of the hue in the game and blonde would blend in with the background and make it look like you have no hair.
There is no real brown hair either or hazel eyes either.
But I think it is because of the colour palette of the game.

Good question but given that they decided to have blue, purple hair and female beards + pronouns you can guess their motivation.

There is blond in the creator, I just used it in open beta (to make a creepy clone of myself). It's not a bleached or platinum blonde, but more of a dirty blonde. It's definitely there.

I know there is a problem in women’s sport. And women are getting physically hurt because of it.
There is a general clash amongst society who want to be heard, treated with fairness and opposing that are those who think too much about what other people do. Some of them folks quote things from a book that not everyone believes in and they call it ‘just’. I’ve got more things to worry about than what is happening to strangers. I wish them all the luck getting the equality they deserve. But my battle with society has been delt with even though I can still be killed on site in 57 counties of the world. But hey ho! Not everywhere is a holiday destination.
