moving legacy character to new server?

I have tried to search internet but didnt have luck to find it, is it possible?

so far I have find only to move to another server but nothing for this one. My guess is, that is possible to migrate on a fresh server, but not for sure, any information?

No, that'll not be possible. The purpose of the new servers are a fresh start for every character on it. From the FAQ:
"New players will be placed on fresh start servers to ensure they can begin their journey on a level playing field, but can opt to join PC legacy servers and play with their friends."

Yes, PC players can play on any of the crossplay servers, but not on the console-specific ones.

Its still fresh start servers from earlier patches that doesn't accept transfers so i highly doubt the new ones will for at least a couple years.
