Friend of mine didn't get the Azoth Stalker Mount
He bought the dlc like saturday night. He got to 61 on his main got his mount and everything. So he's elegible to get it. Once he reached 20 he did the quest and he only recieved the normal horse. When i did the quest i recieved the dire wolf... We don't know where to make a claim or something. Anyone have the same issue?

omfg for real? what would that do, my friend did a clean install of the game and nothing. Hope they fix this for you guys

Tried it and didn't work for me. I hope it gets resolved for everyone, instead of having to put in a ticket.

normally you just got another skin within the mount customization menu available the quest rewards are unchanged and all skins are shared throughout the same account.

just mount on your recent horse,wolf or lion and look for the skins within the direwolf selection and select the azoth stalker and dye it is just the same with the 2 bears availabe just from the shop.

the azoth stalker is just another skin for a usable mount to shapeshift it unlocked for any toon on the same account, regardless if on legacy or freshstart,

it only changes the sound from horsie to wolfie with the azoth stalker selected it will briefly unsummon and resummon with the new appearance if you have no bandwide disturbances.

if is anything else just send some screenshots from the mount appearances from both toons menu for the support on discord during weekdays.
