Game looks awful. What happened to graphics?

I tried both DX12 and DX11. Bandwidth is high, and Dynamic Resolution is turned off, but the game still looks bad.

Yeah, all these sponsored streams they have on Twitch look horrendous. It was nice of them to let people see how disappointing the "new game" was before people wasted $60. If you really don't like it, watch your play time so you can refund it.

Consoles don't use high end graphics. Game quality has been sacrificed for bozos money. Maybe its time to boycott Amazon. But ya all going to keep on lapin up the goo it spews.

Maybe my memory is fuzzy as have not played in year or more but in game the textures are just bad now. Maybe they always were but remember it looking better. Assume they downgraded to run on consoles at 60fps???

Same here. No matter if playing 3840x1620 or 5120x2160, visuals seems downgraded for some reason, plus why in the hell's name they destroyed 21/32:9 hud? Everything scaling to 16:9 now. Not a big issue, but just why they did it?

If you play on a 2k tv nothing. I use 4k 165 hz on a 50 inch monitor. A screen shot wont do it justice. Its a down grade. looks like I am setting my expensive monitor to 1080P and 60hz TV. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ could have had 2 versions and left our 4k graphics alone.

it doesn't look as good as it did before the change also the colours are over the top like bloom is on.

I find it extremely weird that the graphics have not been upgraded but rather downgraded.

When trying a re-release of sorts, how come the game is not the very best you can achieve?

Consoles are probably to blame, but there are many cross platform games having very good graphics.

Looks worse than it did in the Open Beta.. These guys just cannot stop shooting themselves in the foot... Makes no sense!

Graphics have definitely been downgraded recentky and the colors look washed out even with the vibrance tyrned up. Been playing off and on since launch and this is just another one of the many frustrating things that we didn't ask for that lower our desire to plan. Frustration=New World.

Octavus, if that’s fine with you. You should see a doctor, dude. Look at the ground textures and aliasing. This game wasn’t like this two years ago.

No just the opposite. Its the high end gear that is having the problems with the downgraded game. It works fine on a TV and windows 10.
