Lagging/Stuttering/Used to work

I can't play New World Aeternum...I have more than 300 hours on New world killing rabbits and chasing turkeys and now the game is just not working anymore. Game is lagging up to a point that it is not playable.
My character is like falling in an infinite void and the landscape is showing very slowly. My game is on SSD, my drivers are up to date, I have a good internet connection, I have the recommended requirements to run the game, I tried all the tricks I could find on the web (delete %appdata%, install/resinstall the game, verify the file integrity and all...nothing works)...the game used to work fine. I am very frustrated not to be able to play with my mates. If anyone has a solution, I would be very happy to hear it.

You start the Game with shortcut oder via Steam? U can choose between DX12 Beta and old

Its the updates and irregular code. Found out few years ago even though we are all suppose to be running on the same version etc, there is broken code existing that just basically ruins it for some people based on your system. I went from 0 lag perfect gameplay to unplayable after 1 little update. Nothing to be done about it

Yes I launch the game through steam and I choose the old option, I tried the DX12 as well, not working either ...I tried to think like WiCced, its just bad luck ...I will try to open a ticket and hope for some fixing patch (if it comes one day) - thanks for your responses

I have the same problem, I was able to do the tutorial stuff then when I arrived in the first town I can't play

I have this tuttering problem as well, tried both DX12 and the old style with high and low graphics settings. FPS changes accordingly but I have stutters no matter what, even with 100 fps. This blows.

Same here. Not smooth at all even though I have ok fps mostly.

I got around 100fps on medium/high with 10600k RX6700XT 32gb ram SSD NVME. However, game looses packets and has connection problems. Got great internet, play LOL, FPS games with 40-60ping no issues. Used to play NewWorld and had no such problems. I am on Draco server EU central.

I solved it by disabling IPV6, making sure I removed every file when uninstalling and reinstalling turning off my antivirus and installed the game on my SSD instead of HDD. The last thing is probably the reason it didn't work for me, although it did 1 year ago when I tried it.

I get a stutter every second, can see it on frame time and FPS graphs. Tried so many things but so far no luck, worked fine last time I played.

I have the same problem a year ago it was running fine for me. What graphics card do you have AMD or NVIDIA and what processor?
