azure wolf mount not unlocked...

i have DLC i logged in before the cut off date and i played... so what the ♥♥♥♥?

yes it DOES infact automatically summon that wolf mount.
i have had 3 mates to the quest after me and as soon as they summoned their mount for the first time.. its the wolf.. no options messed with at all

The default mount that the game equips you its the Horse, you have to go to the mount skin section to select as default the Wolf Skin. If you mates summoned the Wolf the first time its because they already selected the wolf on the Skins tab.

Does not show up at all in my dire wolf tab. It simply is not on my account, even though I fully qualified for it.

Thanks for the effort, mate, but we're not stupid, everyone knows about the skin menu. It's just not there!

Well tell that to the one that said that his friends summoned automatically the wolf when they summoned their mount the first time.

If you dont have the skin unlocked on the skin panel then seems to be a bug, just contact to support and they will look into it.

A lot of people go their skin so if someone did not get it then it's some bug.

The first time, support told me to check files integrity. The second time, they askk me if I meet the requirements, which I told them I do.
0 faith in getting the mount at this point.

on the discord if you check the bug reports you can see MANY have this issue..

amazon say "this issue has been reported. please keep an eye on the announcements"

just to let everyone know.. i got the mount. im now level 60 and i still dont have my skin.
and yes, i have done EVERYTHING required

So you can see new players when they dont get the 3 mounts that you get in game . just lvl up and go through the mount quest . you can probably do it in a few days . unlike when most of us levelled to 65 it took weeks if you where a casual just playing a few hours per day and weekends. also no mounts and azoth was just limited so much running . otherwise you didnt meet the reqirements that where stated to gain the mount . the skin was waiting for most of us the moment we logged in on our max lvl characters .

It was a bug, and it's already fixed.

im level 62.. i have done ALL mount quests.. (running around is so boring) and i have NOT got my azure wolf mount..

so yeah... you're wrong mate

again... i have friends who have got their skin... but i HAVE NOT... its a bug.. its supposed to unlock when you get riding. it didn't. amazon know about the issue and its all over the discord bug page

Write to Amazon games support, in a day I logged in and got the mount! It is indeed a bug that affects only some players seemingly random, customer service will solve this.
