Why can't I see Aeternum on steam?

No from what I read you need the base game and rise of the angry earth

Directly from the FAQ:

If I already own New World on PC, can I play New World: Aeternum?
Players who have New World (base game) and the Rise of the Angry Earth expansion will receive a free update on Oct. 15 when New World: Aeternum launches. This free update will bring these players up to date with all of the new content in New World: Aeternum.

Players that have New World (base game) but do not own the Rise of the Angry Earth expansion will need to purchase the Rise of the Angry Earth expansion to get access to all of the content in New World: Aeternum.

I get this but it stated PC can pre install on 14th, For that to happen we would need to see the change today in steam.

Don't think you need to uninstall game, because it says it will auto update.
Best advice i have is just wait and see until they release the patch later today.

Pc patch is during server downtime tommorow. (EU timezone)
Make sure you own the dlc also as a pc player.

I sure hope we get to preload ahead of time cuz it's a big game and with my internet that takes a long time to download. I want to spend release day waiting in server queues not waiting for it to install.
