wrong! I was in and out of my storage and AH before I started the MSQ or any quest in town. It was the first think I did when I got to town.
You should know what you are talking about. Nice story but not true. I just ran off the beach and opened the auction and bank with out doing any quest in town. Spout disinformation and make your self smart looken LOL.

And this is what is looks like when you haven't done any quests. Note how there is no E for interacting in the target circle and when you press on the building nothing happens. Also notice top right I haven't spoken to the blonde guy on the beach yet.

A quest wont fix it. Its a moot point anyone can come off the beach and test it.
